The accommodation at Thong Nai Pan Noi was great. We got a big bungalow with a huuge bed, a good sized bathroom with hot and cold shower and a terrasse if you wanted to read outside.
The bed was comfortable and although there was no air conditioning the fan was totally enough to keep us cool over night.
The bungalow itself was located ca 2min from the beach so you had to walk a bit although the resort as the restaurant itself were right at the beach.
Free wifi and a PC were available at the reception from 8.30am until 5pm, the wifi all day long.
Furthermore, the beach where the resort is located is very beautiful and calm due to its seclusion. There are almost no water sport activities and long boats arrive irregularly.
Due to the size of the beach (ca 700m) you are able to walk from one end to the other in about 10min. Right now it is low season so not many tourists arrive at the island which adds to the feeling of solitude in a positive way.

Die Unterkunft in Thong Nai Pan Noi war groß und gemütlich. Wir hatten ein großes Bungalow mit einem riesigen Bett, ein großes Bad mit heißer und kalter Dusche und einer Terrasse, wenn man draußen lesen wollte.
Das Bett war bequem, und obwohl es keine Klimaanlage gab war der Ventilator stark genug, um uns dir Nacht über zu kühlen.
Der Bungalow an sich war ca. 2min vom Strand entfernt, so dass man ein bisschen laufen musste, das Resort so wie das zugehörige Restaurant an sich direkt am Strand gelegen waren.
Kostenfreies WLAN und ein PC standen ebenfalls an der Rezeption von 8.30 bis 17 Uhr zur Verfügung, wobei das WiFi den ganzen Tag funktionierte.
Darüber hinaus war der Strand vom Resort echt schön und sehr ruhig was seiner Abgeschiedenheit zu verdanken ist.
Außerdem gibt es fast keine Wassersportaktivitäten und die Thailändischen Long boats kommen unregelmäßig "zu Besuch".
Aufgrund der Größe des Strandes (ca. 700m) war es möglich den kompletten Strand in ca. 10min abzulaufen ohne sich hetzen zu müssen.
Gerade jetzt in der Nebensaison sind recht wenige Touristen auf der Insel unterwegs, was noch zusätzlich zur Ruhr und Abgeschiedenheit beiträgt.
Tipp:
In der "Hauptstadt" Thong Sala kann man recht billig shoppen und essen gehen. Ein Besuch vor der Abfahrt bzw nach der Ankuft ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.
Der Bungalow an sich war ca. 2min vom Strand entfernt, so dass man ein bisschen laufen musste, das Resort so wie das zugehörige Restaurant an sich direkt am Strand gelegen waren.
